The Double Result Pledge
No need to wait for a steward’s enquiry – if your horse crosses the line first, you win. bet365 pay out on both the official winner and the horse that finishes first but is subsequently disqualified.

• Qualifying Markets: Win, Each Way, Ante-Post, Each Way Extra, Betting Without, Enhanced Win, Cover Bets, Place Only, Not To Be Placed, Either to Win, Match Bets, Horse Winning Distance, Forecasts, and Tricasts.
• Excluded Markets: Tote, Colossus, Not to Win, and Jollies and Rags.

Rule 4 Deduction Waiver
While most bookmakers apply a 5p in the £ deduction when a horse is withdrawn at odds between 10/1 and 14/1, bet365 waives this. bet365 have removed the first 5p deduction in any race.

Non-Runner No Bet (NRNB)
For selected Ante-Post races, we offer NRNB protection. If your selection doesn’t run, your Win or Each Way stake is refunded.

• Multiples: If one leg doesn’t run, that specific selection is treated as a non-runner, while the rest of the bet stands.
• Best Odds Guaranteed: Once a race is designated as “Non-Runner No Bet,” it also qualifies for our Best Odds Guaranteed offer (available to new and eligible customers).

Specific Terms and Conditions

Double Result Rules
The Double Result offer applies to the wide range of markets listed above (including Ante-Post and Each Way Extra). However, there are specific scenarios where this offer does not apply:

• Tote, Colossus, Not to Win, and Jollies and Rags markets.
• If a horse or greyhound takes the wrong course.
• If there is a formal objection lodged by the Clerk of the Scales.
• If an incorrect number is transmitted by error.
• If stewards deem a horse a non-runner because it gained an unfair advantage at the start.

Place Boosts & Non-Runners
If the number of runners changes (non-runners), bet365 reserves the right to withdraw Place Boosts or alter the place terms. However, bets will always be settled based on the Place Boost terms that were active at the specific moment the bet was placed.

General Terms

• Anti-Abuse: If bet365 identifies a breach of terms or evidence of bets placed by an individual or group that guarantee profit regardless of the result (using Enhanced Payments, Free Bets, or Bet Credits), bet365 reserve the right to reclaim the bonus element and void the bets.
• Admin Charges: In cases of such activity, bet365 may levy an administration fee on the customer (up to the value of the bonus/free bet) to cover the costs of investigating and rectifying the abuse.
• Errors: Any bonuses, Free Bets, or enhanced payments awarded due to technical or human error may be reclaimed.
• Amendments: bet365 reserve the right to modify the promotion for clarity/correction or cancel it for regulatory/legal reasons.
• Eligibility: Employees, officers, and directors of bet365, its partner agencies, licensors, and service providers (including their direct families) are not eligible for this promotion.
