Offer Overview

If you place a pre-match wager on the “To Win Match” market for specific ATP events, or any Grand Slam and WTA events, you are covered by this guarantee.

• For Singles: If the player you backed advances because their opponent retires hurt, bet365 will settle your bet as a winner. Your original stake is refunded as withdrawable cash, while your winnings are paid out as Bet Credits.
• For Multiples/Accumulators: If a specific selection involves a player whose opponent retires hurt, that leg of the bet is marked as a winner. If the rest of your multiple bet wins, your stake and the winnings calculated excluding the retirement leg are paid in cash. The extra winnings generated by the retirement leg are paid as Bet Credits.

Note: If you backed the player who actually retires hurt, the bet is declared void and your stake is refunded as cash (in accordance with standard Tennis Rules).

Eligibility and Scope
This promotion is restricted to new and eligible clients. The Retirement Guarantee covers pre-match bets exclusively on the “To Win Match” market for Main Draw Singles matches at:

• Grand Slam events
• WTA events
• ATP events (Note: ATP Challenger Tour matches are excluded).

Settlement Mechanics

1. Singles: Should the opposing player withdraw due to injury, your bet is a winner. The stake returns as cash; the profit is credited as Bet Credits.
2. Multiples: The affected selection is treated as a win. If the full bet succeeds, the “base” winnings (excluding the retirement selection) and the stake are paid in cash. The “boosted” portion of the winnings resulting from the retirement guarantee is paid in Bet Credits.
3. Bet Credit Stakes: If you funded your qualifying bet partially or fully with Bet Credits, that specific portion of the stake is returned to your account as Bet Credits. Any cash portion of the stake is returned as cash.

Exclusions

• Bet Builders: This offer does not cover Bet Builders. If a “To Win Match” selection is part of a Bet Builder and a retirement occurs, the entire Bet Builder is settled as void. Stakes are returned in cash (or Bet Credits if that was the funding source).
• Cash Out: Bets that have been fully Cashed Out are not eligible.
• Tennis Acca Boost: Selections marked as won via the Retirement Guarantee do not count toward the Tennis Acca Boost qualification.

Qualifying for the Offer

• To confirm your eligibility, log in to your account and check the “Promotions” (desktop) or “Offers” (mobile) tab.
• bet365 reserves the right to determine eligibility based on customer contact records. In disputes, these records (including timestamps of restrictions) are final.

Using Bet Credits

• Bet Credits cannot be withdrawn as cash.
• Returns on bets placed with Bet Credits will be added to your Withdrawable Balance, but the returns do not include the Bet Credits stake itself.
  • Example: A £10 cash bet at 2/1 yields £30 (£20 profit + £10 stake). A £10 Bet Credits wager at 2/1 yields £20 (the £10 stake is not returned).
• Expiration: Bet Credits expire 7 days after being credited. However, if new Bet Credits are added to your balance during this window, the expiration for the total balance resets to 7 days after the most recent addition.

General Rules

• These rules apply alongside the standard bet365 General Terms and Conditions.
• Anti-Abuse: If there is evidence of collusion, bonus abuse, or a series of bets by a customer (or group) guaranteeing profit regardless of the outcome (using Free Bets, Bet Credits, or enhanced payments), bet365 reserves the right to:
  • Reclaim the bonus/enhanced element.
  • Void bets funded by the promotion.
  • Charge an administration fee to cover costs (up to the value of the bonus).
• Any bonuses or payments awarded in error may be reclaimed.
• Amendments: bet365 may modify the promotion to correct errors or improve clarity, or cancel it entirely for regulatory/legal reasons.
• Staff Exclusion: Employees of bet365, its partners, agencies, and their immediate families are prohibited from participating.
