Key Details:

• The offer is valid solely for pre-live each-way bets on the Pick Your Places market.
• Only single bets qualify for this promotion.
• Best Odds Guaranteed does not apply here.
• For UK and Irish races, settlement is based on both First Past the Post and Official Result, while international races use Official Result only.
• If there are non-runners, the settlement terms will depend on the final field size.
• Any changes to standard place terms will also alter the Pick Your Place conditions (including adjustments to the number of available places or the market’s place fraction).
• BoyleSports reserves the right to withdraw certain Pick Your Place markets at its discretion.
• A Rule 4 deduction will be applied, calculated on the odds of the non-runner selection at the time of market withdrawal.
• Bets are paid out based on the number of places selected unless the number of runners is equal to or fewer than the available places, in which case that market is voided.
• Market structure based on runners: 6-9 runners offer 1 Pick Your Place (PYP) market, 10-13 runners offer 2 PYP markets, and 14 or more runners offer 3 PYP markets.
• Dead heat rules apply to each-way bets; please see our general rules/rulebook for further details.
• Cash-Out is not available for Pick Your Place bets.

We reserve the right to cancel or amend this promotion, including its terms and conditions, as required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, to prevent fraud or similar unlawful conduct, or to address issues such as software errors or inaccurate terms. Such changes or cancellations will not affect you if you have already started participating in the promotion before being notified of the change.

Restrictions and Sanctions:
BoyleSports retains the right to void or withhold winnings from free bets and may close accounts if there is a valid reason to modify the offer, such as abuse or fraudulent activity. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where accounts share IP addresses, family names/addresses, payment methods, bank identification numbers, or other common identifiers. We also reserve the right to limit or exclude customers from this promotion as necessary to prevent fraud or similar unlawful actions.
